Since its inception, Fleur de lis Ventures has participated with others in over $10 million in the following real estate investments: The Republic Building (55,000sf), The Landmark Building (150,000sf), The Molee Building (32,000sf), the Burdorf Building (35,000sf) and single family residential rental properties. 

Upon acquisition of each property, a strategy is created and implemented.  That property is then stabilized with thorough attention to the management of the day-to-day marketing and operations.
